Jennifer Bahadurian, Ph.D. is a co-founder of Behavioral Health Associates of North Jersey and licensed clinical psychologist. She specializes in child and adolescent treatment and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) for individuals of all ages. In her current practice, Dr. Bahadurian provides individual and family therapy for children, adolescents, and adults with a wide range of anxiety disorders, Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD), depression/problems in mood, behavioral/anger management difficulties, eating disorders, and social skills/interpersonal difficulties. Within the framework of a warm and collaborative relationship, she uses a goal-oriented approach that integrates cognitive-behavioral, mindfulness, and acceptance and commitment therapy techniques in order to tailor the treatment to fit each individual’s particular needs.

Dr. Bahadurian received her undergraduate degree from The College of William & Mary and her doctorate in Clinical Psychology from Fairleigh Dickinson University. She completed her internship training in the Department of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry at Morgan Stanley Children’s Hospital of New York Presbyterian/Columbia University Medical Center. Her past experience includes providing clinical services in a number of treatment facilities, including the New York University Child Study Center, Montefiore Medical Center, and Hackensack University Medical Center. In addition to her expertise in CBT, Dr. Bahadurian has training in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), parent management strategies for children with behavioral disorders, and neuropsychological assessment. She also has extensive experience conducting group therapy for children with social skills difficulties and individuals with eating disorders.
